Hi-Light Guardian Aluminium Handrail and Walkway System

Installation

  1. 1.Fix the end stanchion securely in position, then feed both handrail and kneerail into stanchion. Support the other end of both pipes while other stanchions are laced.

  2. 2. To feed additional stanchions onto the handrail and kneerail, place a brick or similar support under base plate of the previous stanchion.

  3. 3. Move brick to the new stanchion and proceed to pull previous stanchion along pipe to its final position.

  4. 4. Bolt loosely and repeat operation until all stanchions are in place.
